Global Bad Senders Problem.

I need a solution

Hi, We recently move to a new server and we got a new IP. After the move we are having issues sending emails to some of our customers because of the following error:

Reporting-MTA: dns; server.******.com

Action: failed

Final-Recipient: rfc822; *******@*******.com

Status: 5.0.0

Remote-MTA: dns; mail-in2.*******.com

Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 554 5.7.1 Global Bad Senders

Our Server IP Address :

185.153.220.204
185.153.220.205

Please help me immediately.

Emails from our domain blocked by companies using Symantec cloud

I need a solution

Emails from our domain are being bounced back by companies using Symantec Cloud with the following message:

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The problem appears to be :

-- Recipient email server rejected the message

Additional information follows :

-- Message filtered. Refer to the Troubleshooting page at http://www.symanteccloud.com/troubleshooting for more information. (#5.7.1)

We are not on any blacklists and I have already submitted samples to investigation@review.symantec.com as instructed in reference link: http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH82881

I have not had a reply and our emails are still being blocked. Please can this be looked into?

Status code: 550 5.0.350 all mail from our domain/server being rejected

I need a solution

Hi,

It appears that most emails being sent to recipients using Symantec MessageLabs or Symantec email filtering products are being rejected. Our domain is not blacklisted, and neither is our main public ip. I've double checked on the ip checker on the Symantec website and that also comes up clean.

Is there somebody at Symantec I can PM our ip and domain to so that this can be investigated?

Emails being delayed to all recipients behind Messagelabs filter

I need a solution

Sending domain: cmcreaves.com

receipiant domains: wellsfargo.com and columbusglobal.com

sending IP 208.53.214.82 

all messages sent to recepiants behind a messagelabs.com (aka Symantec Connect) spam filter are getting delayed.  IP is not listed on any known blacklists.  PLease advise

DNS Issue

I need a solution

We are not customers of Messagelabs however we are receiving noticaiton from people trying to email our domain cardfactory.co.uk that they are receiving bounceback messages from messagelabs becuase you have tried to deliver the message to greatbritishcards.co.uk

Can you please update your DNS cache as we are not receiving emails because of this aged record.

We are having emails from our domain blocked by several other companies using Symantec cloud.

Have checked the link provided by Symantec support but none of our MX records are showing as being blocked - how up to date is this?

We are clear on all other spam databases.

What is the process for getting whitelisted?
